Have an Avenger:
Have an Avenger:
These had something in common. Actually a couple of things, but I was thinking of the gearbox.
They were both available with four speed automatics which in the case of the older car was quite a thing at the time.

I always thought the Avenger was an awesome name for a torpedo bomber but a silly name for a car. What exactly are you avenging?

They wanted an aggressive kind of name I suppose. Chrysler have a Ram as well. What do you want to Ram? Chrysler also had a Rapier and a Stiletto. Reliant had a Scimitar, to continue the sharp, pointy thing theme. I recall somebody else had a Cutlass.

May be more reliable but running costs may be high.
On the other hand should be self supporting financially.

I've actually driven the silver one (and it was actually silver) and been in the blue one (which wasn't blue).
Trust me, the silver one is better.
